Terms and Conditions Overview

Progression In Technology, LLC provides services subject to our Master Services Agreement and General Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

By creating an account, accessing our portal, submitting a support request (including by phone, text, email, or any other method), or ordering/requesting products or services from Progression In Technology, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Agreement, which is available in our client portal at: https://hub.prointech.net/portal/kb?id=24.

If you are unable to access the portal or would like a copy of the current Agreement, please contact us through our general contact form at https://www.prointech.com/contact/. Requests are available to current or prospective clients only. We reserve the right to verify your relationship with Progression In Technology, LLC before fulfilling such requests.

Please note: Updates to our Agreement may occur from time to time and will not be sent individually. It is your responsibility to review the current version or request a copy as needed.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Progression In Technology, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies—including automation, analytics, and generative AI—to support the delivery of our services. These tools may be used in both internal operations (such as ticket triage, documentation, or monitoring) and in client-facing deliverables (such as reports, recommendations, or content).
AI is an integrated part of our service delivery model. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or bias. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-assisted deliverables before relying on them.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific needs. All such outputs are provided “as is.”
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
  • AI-assisted outputs are not intended to constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of AI-generated content and grant you a limited license to use such outputs for your internal business purposes.
  • We do not disclose your confidential or personal data to public AI platforms in a way that violates our confidentiality obligations.
